Nakoda Palace is located just opposite Ujjain Railway Station. Sorry to say its hopeless. Room service the poorest. No bell, no intercom in the room. After calling 3- 4 times on mobile, the man will appear after hours . Everything will be delivered on demand like Toilet kit, towel, sheets etc after a long wait . Lizard, big Cockroaches everywhere room, washroom. Washroom is stinky as there is no exhaust fan. Lift also stinking all the time, you will feel like vomiting. No geyser for hot water. You are having bath, all of a sudden water supply will be stopped. Rent is OKAY for AC room Rs 2000 - 2200.

This hotel is the worst place to stay in ujjain. The manager is extremely rude and he evens harrasses customers. We were travelling with a 8 months old.The bedsheet was dirty before we arrived so we asked it to be changed. The manager came in the room and started shouting.our 8 months old who was sleeping woke up because of him. Why cant people like him understand that his business is running because of people like us. He thinks that he is providing accommodation free of cost.

This is a budget hotel close to railway station. It offers decent room and services. The place is great for group of friends, singles and couples but may not be that great for families as the room(double bed) are pretty small. It is ok if you just want to spend the night.

We visited this hotel with my family. Location of hotel is very good just opposite to Railway station. We had 4bed room, which was nice and with enough space for even 6 peoples. We booked for 6 and when we reached there, manager (at reception) asks us for more money and said it's by his boss. But when i say that i wanted to talk with your boss, he is like his lie caught. So be aware. But overall it's a nice play to stay and all temples are nearby this location.
